One of five original employees, the firm quickly grew to 100 team members, providing Erik with valuable first-hand experience in marketing, accounting and project management. By the time Erik left to start Telos, he had personally managed several hundred Class A interior remodeling projects, from preliminary budgeting to closeout.
Erik holds a BA in Economics from St Olaf College. Outside of work, Erik enjoys traveling with his wife and friends, ice fishing on Lake Minnetonka, and attending Vikings, Twins and Wild games.
